With 13+ years spanning the full operations stack at one of the world's largest BPO networks, from frontline customer service to QA supervision and assistant operations management, before moving into remote executive support, he has spent his career making complex things work simply. He knows how systems break, and more importantly, how to build ones that do not.

At 888 Business Solutions, Bheige is the architect behind the workflows and the person making sure everyone actually knows how to use them. Things look easy when he is around. The eyebags, however, tell the full story.

Outside work, he is a K-pop fan and a natural host, which means he brings the same energy to a team gathering as he does to a process rollout. Both will be well organized and run on time.
